Blue Delite Nursery guarantees customers personal service and the least personal inconvenience in solving any problem as quickly as possible.

Blue Delite Nursery is committed to providing customers with personal and efficient service, ensuring that any concerns or issues are resolved promptly and with minimal inconvenience.

In the event that a product is to be returned, such return must be initiated within seven (7) days of the date on which the product was received by the customer. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without any signs of use or damage. All return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Should a refund be applicable, the refunded amount will be deposited directly into the customer’s nominated bank account once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Blue Delite Nursery conducts all transactions and customer interactions in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (Republic of South Africa).

Should the customer require a refund, such moneys will be deposited into the customer’s bank account.
