Delivery Policy

  1. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
  2. Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days, Courier fees will be for the account of the customer and will be specified on the quote. Orders are dispatched on a Monday to ensure the plants don’t stay in a warehouse over the weekend.

Own Courier: Customer to arrange their own courier at their own expense.

Delivery Times: Our courier partners deliver Monday to Fridays between 08:00 and 17:00

Confirmation email: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the courier.Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of Blue Delite Nursery due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labor disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.
